This five-day retreat is for widows seeking restoration, connection, and peace. Whether it’s your first time with Paisley Project or you’ve joined us before, you are welcome here. Expect a nurturing space with cozy accommodations, farm-to-table meals, and daily opportunities to rest, explore, and reconnect—with yourself and others.

BENEFITS TO HEALING
Science supports that time in nature, shared experiences, and retreats improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Nature lowers stress and boosts mood. Group experiences foster connection and reduce isolation.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Lodging, meals, massage, all Paisley Project Healing Framework activities such as art/journaling and coaching, group excursions to explore. Travel to and from Abruzzo, Italy is not included; however, travel to and from the airport with the Paisley Project can often be arranged after sign-up.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Activities vary by location and year, but some past examples that women have enjoyed previously are: town shopping, visits to the wild horse refuge, guided hikes, and fly fishing.
